Find Fibblebrap 4: The Korlach

Location: Corrathus Creep
Requirements: At least +200 faction with Expedition 328

Once you get the mission head to the static Ruins of Illsalin zone. In the northern area is a cocoon. You need to clear all the mobs in the area (15 or so) before you can /open the cocoon to spawn Neran. When ready hail him and he takes off running to the south (following the red line on the map) spawning a few drachnids along the way. He will run with you through the central area and south to the break in the bridge at which point he will flux you across. It is suggested to have IVU up to prevent agro and levitation off so the flux shoots you over. If you fail to get across you'll need to go the long way around to reach the zone in.

After zoning in you will need to kill at least 35 mobs to spawn Bilitan the Alchemist at the end of the water tunnel, the same room as a red con Guardian. You'll want to clear that room before reaching 35 kills to make it easier to get Bilitan without adds. Kill Bilitan and loot a Fibblebrap Gem Fragment. The chest with your loot should spawn as well. Take the fragment to Bellfast to get dialog leading to the next task in the arc, Find Fibblebrap 5: The Rescue.

Note: some reports say that mobs respawn in the lower level version of the zone, be aware if trying this.
