Guardian of the Sands

Requirements: Kindly faction and all of Tier 3

Once in the instance clear the path to the northeast being mindful to stay out of the sand. If anybody steps off the path it triggers a trap which spawns a number of goblin mobs (in addition to the normal zone trash). Once you reach the final room you will find Shogurei, Guardian of the Sands. It hits for up to 2300, flurries, rampages, weak to poison, and has 3 AEs:

• Denial of Flight - 7500 dd and root. Targeted AE cast on anybody that attempts to leave the room.
• Explosion of Sand - 1500 dd, melee slow, snare, and flux
• Hammer of Absolution - 3000 dd, stun, flux. Unsure on targeting

In short, kill it before the AEs kill you. The reward is 9 crystals each, 9 Quintessence of Sand for progression, and two of the following:

• Necklace of Sandstorms
• Cape of Serenity
• Fired Glass Bracelet
• Sand-Molded Leather Bracer
• Wrapped Glass Shard
• Polished Sunsword

This raid has a 4 day lockout.
