Here you face the mighty dragon Rikkukin the Defender. He hits for around 3400 but no flurry or rampage. He has a buff (can't be removed) which gives a 33% chance to reflect spells and one standard AE:

The main difficulty in the fight is responding to a series of emotes which you have about 10 seconds to react:

Rikkukin pulls his right arm back, preparing to cut a swathe through his opponents with his razor sharp claws.
Hits everybody on his right for 5000 dd and small flux
Rikkukin pulls his left arm back, preparing to cut a swathe through his opponents with his razor sharp claws.
Hits everybody on his left for 5000 dd and small flux
Rikkukin twirls his tail, preparing to sweat away those foolish enough to take up position behind him.
Hits everybody behind for 7000 dd and small flux
Rikkukin rears backs and fills his lungs, preparing to exhale a cone of ice.
Hits everybody in front for 5000 dd and small flux
Rikkukin twists his body so that the ambient light starts to reflect from his silvery scales.
Anybody facing Rikkukin is blinded for 18 seconds
Rikkukin's skin seals over with a caustic sheet of malleable ice. The protection will soon make him impervious to melee and magical attacks.
Rikkukin becomes invulnerable to melee/spells, gains a 1200 ds and 3500 spell shield, and regens

Decide ahead of time if you want the raid to react to directional AEs or for the tank to react by rotating him to a safe direction. Basically play Simon Says with the emotes, keep heals up for the crystal fog AE, and Rikkukin isn't a big problem.
