Say "proceed" to zone into the instance.

Inside the instance move a bit east to Dreezil. Kill the 3 snakes around him then have someone approach him to trigger 3 beetles. Kill them and then trigger 3 wasps. All mobs hit for up to 7k, no special abilities. Once all three sets are dead follow Dreezil's dialog (ending with Everfrost) to port to the next island.

On Everfrost island speak with Dagda in her hut to the northeast. When you finish her dialog 6 ice giants spawn. They hit for about 7k each, immune to stun but otherwise nothing special. Once all are dead speak with Dagda again then Dabner (ending with Kelethin) to port to the next island.

On Faydark island speak with Firiona Vie to the southeast then Sionachie just inside Felwithe. Follow her dialog (ending with orcs) then kill six orcs inside Felwithe. Again hitting for 7k with no special abilities. When they are dead speak with Sionachie again (ending with Dreadlands) to port to the next island.

Once everybody is on Dreadlands island hail Al`Kabor (Sionachie despawns at this point so no more porting up). After a dialog between him and Sionachie Al`Kabor attacks. He hits around 8k and casts:
