Say "ready" to zone into the instance.

Inside the instance hail Alyss. Kill some of the spotted bunnies, they have very few hp and always drop a skin but don't loot until you are finished. Once you killed off 10 rabid and have 4 skins ready, loot them all. After each looted skin Haezra will spawn nearby and can agro but only one can be up at a time. By waiting till end to loot all 4 you make sure she doesn't add. Kill Haezra, hits about 8500 but no spells, then give the skins to Alyss. Follow her dialog ending with "people" and she then attacks, but goes inactive at 50%. Next up are four hails:

When you hail them four non-see-invis imps spawn, hitting around 9k each and can be mezzed/rooted. You can avoid early agro by hailing while invis. After all four sets of imps are dead return to Alyss. This time when you hail she attacks, hitting for 12k with, along with four imps, each hitting 8k. The imps can be rooted/mezed and don't need to be killed. Once Alyss is dead the task locks and Piper Nasscul spawns. Hail Piper to spawn a chest containing a random spell fragment (86-90) and one of the following:
