Summary
- Kill lizardmen in packs of 5 until emote goes off and they despawn. Hit 14k each, no cures needed, mezzable.
- Kill Kerchak the gorilla. Hit 16k, AE rampage. Single target root, stun, knockback. AE dot stun. No cures needed.
- Kill 7 mini-bosses in sequence. Hit for 17k each, various spells. Cure Blood Chill, 40 disease counters, and Spine Freeze, 25 corruption counters. Also get 1 add every minute until end of raid.
- Loot glyphs from mini-bosses. After 7th miniboss run glyphs to temples to trigger bosses.
- Engage 4 bosses, tethered to temples. Hit 19k each, various spells. Cure Distant Heart Strike, 30 disease counters. DPS kill one at a time.
Phase 1
Pull and kill lizardmen in agro-linked packs of 5. They each hit for 14k but can be rooted, mezed, stunned. The servants cast Frightful Grasp, unresistable root and 10k dot, so watch the pullers. Eventually the lizardmen give up and they all run away and despawn. Med up before engaging Kerchak, once you do there are no breaks.
Phase 2
Kerchak hits for 16k, rarely AE rampages, and casts:- Frightful Grasp - Unresistable root and 10k dot
- Gorilla Glare - Single target stun, root, 3k dot
- Gorilla Throw - Single target 30k dd and knockback
- Gorilla Roar - 250 range AE 10k dot and stun
Phase 3
From this point forward every 60-90 seconds a random Plane of Fear mob will spawn. They hit up to 15k each, can't be mezzed, and have various abilities such as Nightmares casting a fear and Fetid Fiends an AE snare.The seven mini-bosses spawn in order and you get about 20 seconds between the death of one and the next spawning. They each hit for up to 17k.

Phase 4
Each of the mini-bosses drop a specific Glyph. 4 of the Glyphs are useful, 3 are not, and which are needed is random however Grime's Glyph is never needed. When a useful Glyph is looted the looter will get an emote from a specific Lizardman:- Archon of Anxiety says 'I do not fear that trinket, Rasper. And I DO know the meaning of fear. Here's a lesson for you!'
- Cenobite of Fear says 'You shall not live long enough to use that, Rasper! From Cazic's heart I stab at thee!'
- Diviner of Dread says 'I foresaw that you, Rasper, would recognize that for what it is. It would be best if you were to throw it into the river.'
- Templar of Terror says 'So, you want to take me on? That works for me. Come over here where I can get at you, Rasper!'
- Anxiety - Unholy Terror - root, silence, melee silence, slow. 30 curse counters.
- Fear - Distant Heart Strike - 30k dd, 5k dot, 30 disease counters. Cure in 18 seconds or get 60k dd.
- Dread - Future Pain - 50k dd
- Terror - Grasping Hand of Terror - 5k dot and pull towards the temple. 30 curse counters.
Phase 5
Once the four Glyph bearers do their job engage the four bosses, each tethered to their temples. They each hit for up to 19k and have their own spells:- Archon of Anxiety (center east)

- Barrier of Terror - self buff which procs fear on melee that hit it. Can't be dispelled.

Loot is 2 Enigmatic Remnants (random slots), 4 Spell Fragments, a chance at a Lucid Globe of Phantasmic Power, and 2-3 of the following:
