General

Tier One is the northern region surrounding the zone in. This is where you'll find all the "classic" Plane of Hate stuff including class armor and epic 1.0 drops. The old school armor can be exchanged in PoK to the appropriate Grandmaster (i.e. Apothic mage armor to a mage grandmaster) for a small bit of xp and a gem, either a Peridot, Diamond, Raw Diamond, or Blue Diamond. Note that the Iksar specific drops can only be given to the Iksar grandmasters, and the Fine Insidious armor is for the Enchanter 2.0 pre-quest and can not be turned in. The trash here ranges from 50-55:

a cleric of hate

These guys love to cast complete heal so bring stuns. They can drop the Cleric armor and Minor Signet of the Dark Priest.

a kiraikuei

Nothing too special. They drop Kiraikuei Flesh and rarely Minor Signet of the Dark Soldier.

a forsaken revenant

The male versions drop Magician armor and the female versions drop the Enchanter armor. Both versions can drop Vampire Dust and Minor Signet of the Dark Sorcerer.

a haunted chest

Nothing too special. These can drop a variety of different class specific armors and rarely Minor Signet of the Dark Knight.

a loathing lich

Wizard mobs that can root and nuke. These can drop Minor Signet of the Dark Sorcerer.

a repulsive rat

Pure melee rat which dros Warrior armor. Does NOT drop a signet.

a scorn banshee

Nothing too special. They drop Bard armor and rarely Minor Signet of the Dark Knight.

an ashenbone drake

Skeleton dragons, highly resistant unless you are in melee range. They drop Decrepit Hide and Minor Signet of the Dark Sorcerer.

an ire ghast

Nothing too special. They drop Ghast Fingerbones and rarely Minor Signet of the Dark Knight.

a spite golem

Immune to magic, fire, and cold. They drop Shaman armor and rarely Minor Signet of the Dark Priest.

an abhorrent

Rogue mob, watch for backstabs. They drop Rogue armor, Abhorrent Powder, and rarely Minor Signet of the Dark Soldier.

Rare Mobs

Each Rare mob has a single spawn point with a PH matching their type. They don't seem to have any additional abilities, just melee harder and have a higher amount of hit points. In addition to the listed loot each Rare can also drop Eye of Innoruuk or Shattered Emerald of Corruption.
