You'll need to clear the area and say "Telivar" to spawn him to request the task.

For this you will need a collection of drops from around the zone, start with Essence Sieve, a 6 slot container, random drop from the Vitrik mobs. In this you will need to combine a Empty Flask, a random zone drop, an Aneuk Blood, from Aneuks, and 4 Mindshear Slime, from the mindshear attendants. This will create the Perilous Potion. Do NOT make this combine until you have the task, otherwise it won't count. Head to the courtyard area and look for any of the large portals, each have two riftseekers and two Vitriks. Kill off the guards and hand the potion to either the gelderin or the pyrillean to complete the task.
