This is a super task. Complete Phara Dar's other four tasks:

• Purify the Body - Phara Dar - ribcage
• Idle Hands - Phara Dar - hand
• Evil Afoot - Phara Dar - foot
• The Skull of the Ancient - Phara Dar - skull

Once those are done hail Phara Dar to complete the task and get Bone Mask of the Ancient Iksar. The illusion also grants you faction making you non-kos to nearly everything in all four of the theme's zones.
