For this task you're going to need 4 Iksar Scourge Tails from an Imperial scourge in the east end of Kaesora Library and a Darkened Drake Skull off any "corrupt xyz" mob all over the zone. These can be prelooted. Give these to Severilous then go back to Kaesora Library and kill "corrupt xyz" mobs until you get an emote and the task updates. Give the skull back to Severilous to complete the task.
