After you get the task hail Laarthik again, then Lanys T`Vyl. Run southwest to locate Avatar of Aridane Ubel. If the location update doesn't trigger try jumping or getting lev and floating over the area, this can be a problem for short races. Hail and then kill the Avatar to spawn the real Aridane Ubel which hits just a bit harder. Kill it and loot a Ubel's Discord Amulet. Deliver the Amulet to Lanys to complete the task.

This task is frequently a bottle neck on progression servers when the expansion opens since it is required for progression and Aridane only drops one amulet per kill with about a 10 minute respawn.
