Your first step is to locate Captain Mdounis` corpse then ask Traulaand Augrith what happened. Head back to Tithoun Sevrek who asks you to escort Malaurin V`Kon to the camp.

Note: The task can get into bugged states here. If Malaurin isn't near Tithoun it means that either it is bugged or someone else is escorting. Some times allowing your task to time out can force the zone to reset Malaurin, some times not. Can also try doing the task without Malaurin to the end, then letting it fail to reset.

After speaking to Malaurin head south and 3 an Obliteration traitor spawn and attack. Kill them and loot an Empty Phial then continue south to confront Traulaand. When you get there Malaurin will attack Traulaand (you MUST wait for Malaurin to attack first or it can bug out) and two traitors spawn. Defeat Traulaand and both traitors first then loot a Suspicious Missive. Give the Phial and Missive to Andylis to complete the task.
