Talk with Laarthik and he gives you some new orders for Taulus. Head southwest to Taulus Ailuraan and turn them in. Speak with Kielys T`Vran then /open the chest. Loot the bottle of Amjirin and give it to Taulus. When you do so he and 3 "Taulus's followers" will attack. Kill all 4 and then go see Laarthik to complete the task.
