Kerrin gives you a Stone Vial when you get the task. You'll need to collect a few things:

• 4x Maggot : Foraged in Temple of Bertox
• 1x Oceangreen Wheatgrass : Foraged in Oceangreen Hills and Village
• 1x Pinecone : Foraged in Oceangreen Hills and Village

These are tradable so you can buy them if you can't forage, they also count as food so be careful not to eat them. Combine the 4 maggots in the Vial to create Mild Maggot Acid, then combine the acid, wheatgrass, and pinecones to create Vial of Curative Elixer with 10 charges.

Once you have the elixir you need to use it on the shrubs in the grove. Click it on one and beat it to around half health for it to trigger. Repeat the process for 6 shrubs and return to Kerrin.
