Start out by heading to west side of marketplace. If you get a yellow emote you are close to the trigger for the clues. Once you trigger both head back to Galadvert. Head to second floor to the Hall of Decrees. When you trigger the explore step 2 guards pop as well as Tardunk. Tardunk will despawn after 5 minutes so don't take too long. If the guards are still up from a failed attempt you will need to clear the area first before Tardunk will spawn.
