Start the task by speaking with Muskorr Agitarr and then going southeast to find Basta Shivstalker. Kill at least 5 of the shivstalker thieves and Basta, loot the head, and bring it back to Muskorr. Now head west to Kuddor Gakk, kill him, loot the Hornbook of Toskirakk, and give it to Jink to complete the task.
