Head to the western chamber to find 5 a Korascian thrall. When you hail one (can't be invis) it will either run away (and update your task) or attack. If it attacks your task is updated when it dies. Killed thralls will update an entire group but when one runs it only updates for the person that hailed. After getting 5 updates return to Nedsin to complete the task.
