Hard mode versions of the raids do NOT drop tower keys and have a different loot list. It is difficult to pin down which raid can possibly drop which items as there is a great deal of overlap. This is the full table of possible drops:

Pallorax the Soul Slayer

Begin by clearing out the area of all the trash surrounding the 4 portals in the northwest section of the outdoor area. The trash is pretty trivial, same type mobs as the group version of Korafax. The riftseekers at each portal will not be agro-able.

Once trash is cleared engage Pallorax. It hits for up to 14k, flurries, and has single target rampage. It casts four AEs:

When you get him to 80% he goes inactive and runs to a random portal. Follow him to the portal and kill the 2 riftseekers there. When they die you'll get a short term buff from each and Pallorax goes active again. Take him to 60% and he runs to another portal. Repeat at 40 and 20 and then finally kill him.

Normal mode chest contains 3 Tower Keys, 2 runes, 2 Primeval Essences, and 2 of the following:

Hard mode chest contains 2 runes, one Coeval Essence, and one "hard mode" loot.

Mindshear Avatar

When you enter the room you will find 5 identical Mindshear Acolyte (aneuks) permarooted around the room. They don't see invis allowing you to position yourself before triggering. You will need to check on track to determine which of the 5 is the most recent spawn, this is the one you need to dps. You get 75 seconds from initial agro at which point all 5 acolytes despawn. When they despawn 2 "a mindshear maniac" will spawn and attack. These are blue con girplans and need to be charmed, when charm wears off they commit suicide. The 5 acolytes respawn 5 seconds after despawn in shuffled positions, all at 100% health. Once again check track and attack the most recent spawn. After attacking the most recent for a bit it will show its Real health level of where it was before the despawn. Again you get 75 seconds to dps before they despawn and 2 more maniacs pop. If you fail to do enough damage to force an acolyte to reveal its real health before despawn, it will "heal" back to full on next spawn. Repeat until the acolyte is killed leaving just 4. Use track to find most recent and start on it, eventually killing the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. The 5th acolyte is slightly different in that it will FD simply prolonging things.

While doing all of this if at any point you damage the wrong acolyte you get a "Negativistic Acolyte" spawn. You will need to kill this while still working on the real acolytes as well to make sure they don't heal up. Each Mindshear Acolyte has a specific AE which will debuff a resist and double damage of nukes from that type. Throughout the phase someone will get the emote:

You get the feeling that someone is watching you

5 seconds after getting that emote an AE goes off centered on that person, the AEs can be one of these:

Each AE lasts 18 sec and when coupled with the debuff can cause serious damage. Once all 5 acolytes are dead a fake chest spawns.

Shortly after the fake chest spawns you will get lore emotes from the Mindshear Avatar which then spawns in the center. It has a fairly large chunk of HP but is not difficult. Every 75 seconds you will get 2 maniac spawns which need to be charmed and the occasional Negativistic Acoylte as well. When Mindshear reaches low health it will start to FD simply prolonging the fight. Once it dies the real chest spawns and the lockout is generated.

Normal mode chest contains 3 Tower Keys, 2 runes, 2 Primeval Essences, and 2 of the following:

Hard mode chest contains 2 runes, one Coeval Essence, and one "hard mode" loot.

Venom Lord Ksathrax

Ksathrax hits for up to 13k with a 5k AE rampage. He casts an AE dot which you should NOT cure. If you cure it, it automatically recasts as a worse dot that isn't curable. When you agro Ksathrax a timer starts that runs for the duration of the event. Every 2.5 minutes in 5 side rooms (2 down stairs, 3 upstairs) 2 mobs spawn. One is an ikaav which does nothing, the other is a tunat which is permarooted but does not summon. You need to kill the tunat to damage the ikaavs, and the ikaavs must die within 75 seconds or they suicide and buff up Ksathrax. Between room pops dps Ksathrax.

At 70% you get 3 adds, a Kyv, a Vitrik, and a Ratuk. The Kyv and Vitrix are both red con, non mezzable, hit 10k, and the kyv has an 18k frontal AE. The Ratuk however is charmable and adds a good bit of dps. You get another set of 3 adds at 40% and a final set of adds at 10%.

At 50% a "Venomous Projection" spawns, a clone of Ksathrax. He has a similar AE that should not be cured. For the remainder of the event you will need to balance the two. If they get more than 5% out of balance the weaker will heal up to the same health as the other. When both both Ksathrax and the Projection are dead the chest spawns and lockout is geneated, but any adds or rooms do not despawn.

Normal mode chest contains 3 Tower Keys, 2 runes, 2 Primeval Essences, and 2 of the following:

Hard mode chest contains 2 runes, one Coeval Essence, and one "hard mode" loot.
