The Reconstructed Wereorc Head is the result of completing 25 tasks in Loping Plains and Bloodmoon Keep. You will need to acquire 8 items total, each of which is rewarded after a set of tasks.

• Wereorc's Right Cranial Fragment - Contact Bloodmoon Slaves, Contact Bloodmoon Spirits, and Rebuilding (ore)
• Wereorc's Maxillary Fragments - Spiritvoid Earring, Calming the Spiritvoid Earring, Repairing the Spiritlight Earring
• Wereorc's Left Mandibular Fragment - The Lost Elves, Victim of the Minotaurs, and Worked to the Bone
• Wereorc's Right Mandibular Fragment - Cursed Saddlery and Taking Back the Night
• Handful of Wereorc Fangs - The Lost Husband, The Daring Rescue, Fight or Flight, and The Enemy, my Enemy, my Friend
• Runed Wereorc Skin - Gathering from the Goblins and Reducing the Threat (all 3)
• Pair of Glowing Wereorc Eyes - Rebuilding (clay and wood) and The Lost Necklace
