After zoning into the instance start clearing your way up to the first floor after the ramps to deal with Hardsteel (hits over 3k, can trigger a 12k AE) and collect your bombs. Now you need to place them. First four in the basement, at the ends of the Y and one more at center. The to the top floor before the roof for 4 more. On the roof you'll face Zeka Controller II, no combat information. Plant your last two bombs, make sure you met your kill quota, and return to Warmarshal to complete the mission.
