After zoning into the instance clear your way up to the refinery to find the Fuel Master, nothing special about it. After clearing the room there are a bunch cans and boxes, click them to collect oil and coal. Head back down to the meeting room on the first floor and use the coal and/or oil to contaminate the cheese. When you get the tenth one Chamberlain IX spawns. No combat details.

Return to Warmarshal to complete the mission.
