After zoning into the instance head into the basement first. Clear the area, get yours 3 location updates, and dispatch Engineer XXXIX. He hits a bit harder than trash and casts Static Bolt, a frontal AE 10k dd, so keep him facing away. Once that his done fight all the up to the top floor to get 3 more location updates, making sure to reach you kill quota along the way. When all done return to Warmarshal to complete the mission.
