After getting the instance head into the static Bloodmoon Keep and take the northwest passage, through the ghosts, and click the door behind Falstaff to zone into the actual instance.
Once inside head due west until you reach the room with Balvik Spiritshadow and Malkazor Darkshadow. These two are leashed to the room and will heal back to full if pulled outside. They each hit for up to 7500 and Balvik flurries. Each summons an aura after an emote:
- Balvik Spiritshadow invokes an aura of healing power - This will heal either orc if they are inside it.
- Malkazor Darkshadow conjures a vortex of dark energy - This deals 5500 per tick to anybody standing in it.
The auras move around the room (need spell effects on to see them), so be prepared to move them to stay out of range. No need to balance these so pick a target and kill it.
Once they are dead med up for a lot of stuff once you enter the next room:
- Grendol Wolfmaw
- First to activate and lowest health of the orcs. Hits for up to 8k and comes with 6 mezzable worgs.
- Korvak Stonefire
- Hits for 8k and while alive an aura moves around the room chain nuking anybody inside for 6k.
- Harlos Stonethunder
- Hits for 8k and while alive an aura moves around the room chain nuking anybody inside with a 3.5k AE. If two people are inside both get two AEs, if three then they all get three AEs, and so on. While either Korvak or Harlos is alive a 3rd aura moves around the room doing 4.5k and snares
- Crazok Moonfang
- Hits for up to 10k, can AE rampage (not for full). Will cast Crazok's Bite, 36 disease counters. If not cured in 30 seconds you get charmed. Also has a moving aura which casts fear.
You will need to deal with all 10 mobs (4 orcs, 6 worg) at the same time while dodging the auras. They can be killed in any order with no balancing mechanics.
