Deepscar hits for up to 11k and casts three spells throughout the fight:
- Overseer's Heave - a frontal AE 2500 dd and flux
- Overseer's Charge - a frontal AE 3500 dd, stun, and fd
- Deepscar's Whirlwind - 31 range PBAE 5k dd and flux
Additionally an emote will fire: Overseer Gakkor begins to cast a spell. Boulders begin to unlodge above Rasper
Roughly 6 seconds after the emote a rain spell is cast where the target was standing doing 4k dd up to three times to anybody within 40 range, so expect to keep moving.
13 times during the fight, starting around 92% and last at 15%, Deepscar will stop attacking, run to one of the 6 side rooms, and another emote will go off: Overseer Gakkor Deepscar begins to chant a low hymn as a formation begins to appear from the crystals in the room.
At this point a Golem spawns depending on which room he goes to:
- Obsidian - Northwest
- The golem continuously spawns "an obsidian crystal golemite" adds until it is killed. Unlike most in this raid, these adds can be mezzed.
- Vermilion - Due North
- In addition to the golem you get a few "an ember mass" which have a 1k dot aura. Adds may explode when killed?
- Viridian - Northeast
- In addition to the golem you get a few "a zephyr vortex" which have a 2k dd spinstun aura.
- Saffron - Southeast
- The golem chain casts a 6k dd hitting anybody in zone that isn't in melee range. Hug or die.
- Cerulean - Due South
- The golem spawns a number of prisons on people which mez them and can drain mana. Prisons can only be broken by those not trapped.
- Amethyst - Southwest
- Golem has AE rampage and an aura which increases damage from spells.
The order for golems is completely random. Some days you'll get 3 Saffron in a row, other days it won't go in that room at all. There are reports the event can get a bit buggy and double spawn golems.
At 50% Minotaur adds begin to spawn in the due west room, one each of Kirkoten Arcanist, Kirkoten Oracle, and Kirkoten Champion roughly every minute. They have relatively low health and are immune to mez. They continue to spawn until Deepscar is dead and do not despawn.
Deepscar spawns a chest with 12 Cryptic Timetable for progression, 2 pieces of Tier 2 visible (Hands or Wrist), 2 runes (76 or rarely 77/78), and 2 of the following:
