Once you have the mission you zone into the instance at the same portal to uninstanced Thalassius. Inside invis up and head north to enter the cave complex. Doing so will trigger the first update. Begin moving east killing any see invis along the way, puddles and kedge. You will need to collect 5 Sneaky Shissar Scales along the way which are dropped by non-kedge mobs. When you reach the library you'll find the two nameds Patrikus Grimor and Brinor Schmidtzen. Neither named is anything special, just hit around 1900. Loot an "encoded message" from Patrikus and a "Kedge Secrets" from Brinor. Head back to Venloe and turn in your 5 scales, message, and secrets. Then hail to complete the task.
