Once inside the instance talk to Mea and Treg to start them pathing. Treg will lead you east and down the river. Random trash from the zone can agro but can be mezzed and blurred as needed. When Treg reaches the destination, the task locks and it despawns. Heading east into the narrow paths you'll find the domain hunters. They have a fair bit of hp, hit for about 11k, and can be mezzed, rooted, etc. They summon and run at low health. After you kill at least 18 head west to find a large crate. Bash it open and nayea mother spawns and attacks, hits 12k, no snare, stun, or mez. Then break open the chests in the back and loot 6 pups. Head back to the northwest where you started to give them to Mea, hail, then open the chest to complete the mission.

The chest contains one spell and one of the following:
