Quests

Sivrn's Games

Quest giver: Noble Sivrn
Requirements: none

Sivrn offers a quest arc which ultimately leads to the Efreeti Death Visage.

Names of the Sphinx
The first task offered, keyword "willing", sends you into the pyramids to hail all 13 of the sphinxes. Since all you need to do is hail, clever use of Eye of Zomm (Stalking Probes made via tinkering if you can't cast it), SoS, FD to get them on target is sufficient provided you are close enough, regardless of line of sight. After hailing them all return to Sivrn to complete the task.
Atiiki Tongue Twisting
The second task, keyword "Teach me", has you attempting to pronounce the sphinx's names. First however you need to locate a Scorpion Stinger which drops about 1 in 4 kills of the scorpions in the zone and can be pre-looted. After turning that in you need to /say each of the following:
  • A`ka`ra`ho`tu`ten
  • Xan`xi`on`us`us
  • Te`kel`fo`to`nan
  • Ma`ha`to`to`ta`rit
  • Shel`fez`mak`en
  • Viz`hiz`sha`zid
  • Roh`tre`po`ten
  • Yin`i`hor`tin`kah
  • Dez`thaz`ke`kol
  • Ki`kin`ko`u`tep`mo`zha
  • Quel`ti`zen`zu`mo`tif
  • O`sin`zu`hazh`fet
(reports are you can use space instead of ` now, need confirmation)
Order Squared
The third task, keyword "interested", involves playing a Game of Order with Mahatototarit. To start the game you will need to give him a Token of Order, these drop off efreeti in the zone and are tradable. When you give the token, Mahatototarit will scramble the board of 15 Efreeti with alphabetical names, Azia, Beza, Caza, etc... If you hail an Efreeti next to the open square in the grid it will move. Your goal is to put them in order with Azia in the southwest, Dena in northwest, Meda in the southeast, and the northeast space empty:
NORTH
DHL
CGKO
BFJN
AEIM

Once you have moved them into the proper order tell Mahatototarit "done" and then return to Sivrn to complete the task.
Realign the Lines
The fourth task, keyword "attempt", involves playing a Game of Alignment with Mahatototarit. To start the game you will need to give him a Token of Alignment, these drop off efreeti in the zone and are tradable. Since you need to complete three versions of the game, you'll need three tokens for this task. This is the classic "Tower of Hanoi" problem. Your goal is to move the three Efreeti from their starting column to the center column in the fewest possible moves. The rules are that an Efreeti can not move to a column that has one in it that is smaller. There are 5 total G, L, M, S, and T (Giant, large, medium, small, tiny), the Align Three game will only use the first 3, Align Four adds S, and Align Five adds T. To move an Efreet target the smallest in a column and say "East" or "West" and they will move that direction if possible.

When you give the token tell Mahatototarit "Align Three" to start the easiest version. This boards starts with M, L, G in a column (either far east or far west) and you want to get them to the center. Move M to center, L to opposite, and M to opposite. Now move G to center. End by moving M to start, L to center, and M to center. If you've done it correctly when you tell Mahatototarit "finished" it should update your task.

Give him another token and say "Align Four". The board starts with S, M, L, G in a column, and again you want to move them to center. The same logic applies here. You already know how to solve 3 from the previous task, so to do 4 you basically need to move 3 to the opposite side, then G to center, then move 3 from opposite to center. Start with S to opposite, M to center, S to center, L to opposite, S to start, M to opposite, S to opposite. Now move G to center. No S to center, M to start, S to start, L to center, S to opposite M to center, and S to center. If you've done it correctly when you tell Mahatototarit "finished" it should update your task.

Give him a third token and say "Align Five". The board has all five Efreeti now and requires 31 moves. Use the same back and forth logic to solve. Start with T to center, S to opposite, T to opposite, M to center, T to start, S to center, T to center. At this point the center is T S M and you haven't moved L or G yet. Now L to opposite, T to opposite, S to start, T to start, M to opposite, T to center, S to opposite, T to opposite. Now you have T S M L on opposite and G hasn't moved. Move to G center. T to start, S to center, T to center, M to start, T to opposite, S to start, T to start, L to center. Now you have L G correct in the center, almost there. T to center, S to opposite, T to opposite, M to center, T to start, S to center, T to center! If you've done it correctly when you tell Mahatototarit "finished" it should update your task.

After all three are done return to Sivrn to complete the task.
Broken Lines
The fifth task, keyword "accept the challenge!" also requires a Token of Alignment. Give it to Mahatototarit and say "align shifted". It starts the same as the Align Five, but he will move things around on you potentially messing things up. The best way forward is to take T to opposite, T to center, then T to start. Now alternate between T to center and T to start until Mahatototarit moves G. If it moves G to the target column (this may not be center, be sure to read the text at the start), great. If not, move G to target. Now alternate moving T again until he moves L. If it lands on G, great. If not, move L onto G. Now use the back and forth logic from before to get the last 3 into place and say "finished". If you did it right, your task will update. If not, you get to try again. There is a bit of randomness to this one. Once you get it, return to Sivrn to complete the task.
Efreeti Death Visage
With all the games done hail Sivrn once more to get Platinum Efreeti Mask. Now you need to collect a full set of visible Platinum Efreeti armor, random drops from Efreeti in the zone and in Atiiki instanced missions. While wearing the Efreeti armor (including the mask from Sivrn), give Mahatototarit a Token of Order. But instead of putting them in order, you need to get them into a specific configuration:
NORTH
KMF
ILOA
NECH
DBJG

(If curious, clues to this ordering are obtained by giving Efreeti armor to Noble Phren, but this is not required)

After getting the board into the proper configuration say "Done". Paza will spawn in the empty square, hail him to get your Efreeti Death Visage. If you are a necromancer, you can also go to Xanxionusus (one of the Sphinx) and say "D`nik Belm J`cof Ghap". You will get Paza's Cursed Remains as a bonus for zombie illusion.
