Erudin Burning

Overview

Erudin Burning is connected to and from House of Thule lower levels. There are 10 rares here, mostly concentrated in and around the library in the southern half of the zone. The phs for the rares don't seem to follow the same naming convention as the rest of the expansion and their spells are a bit ... off. Like a rat casting Souldrinker Thrust instead of Merciless Rat Bite. In addition to the drops from rares trash can drop any of the All/All visible items:

Kill 8 of the dock rats found throughout the zone and loot 2 of the tails, roughly 50% drop rate and can't be prelooted. Give the tails to Cedrin to complete the task.

Combating Death
Quest giver: Laoni Reista
Requirement: none
Phrase: take down
Reward: +5 Dream Delvers faction.

Simple task to kill a dozen mobs of four types found all through the zone. Return to Laoni when done.

A Source of Nightmares
Quest giver: Laoni Reista
Requirement: none
Phrase: gather one
Reward: +5 Dream Delvers faction.

Kill 5 Terris Thule cultists found on the southern half of the zone and loot a Nightmare Shard, roughly 25% drop rate and can't be prelooted. Give the shard to Laoni to complete the task.

Possessing a Tome
Quest giver: Illithi Nollith
Requirement: none
Phrase: release the spirits
Reward: +5 Dream Delvers faction.

Kill 3 each of the tome and book dervishes in the library then return to Illithi to complete the task.

On the Rebound
Quest giver: Kordian Keshalian
Requirement: none
Phrase: join the fight
Reward: +5 Dream Delvers faction.

Simple kill task, kill any 10 heretics throughout the zone and report back to Kordian to complete the task.

Partisan Tasks

Heretics Among Us
Quest giver: Weligon Steelherder
Requirement: none
Phrase: agree
Reward: 13 Dream Motes, 210p, +10 Dream Delvers faction

Start by hailing any 5 Deepwater Knight then returning to Weligon. He asks you to clear out the docks, bringing back the heads of a sapper and a pyromancer. Head a bit south and clear the area, loot the heads (not prelootable), bring them back to Weligon, and chat with him to complete the task.

The Fallen Citadel

Reward: 10 Dream Motes, 158p, +10 Dream Delvers faction

Weligon sends to see General Arbin Derrex to the south. Arbin requires you to visit two locations Temple of Divine Light (-840, 200) and City Armory (-920, 70) and then three people Sentinel Belario, Gorion Telld`mare, and Translocator Eniela. Hail Eniela after triggering her update and then kill off 3 skeleton warriors and return to Arbin to complete the task.

Erudin's Apocalypse

Requirement: Heretics Among Us and The Fallen Citadel

Reward: 10 Dream Motes, 158p, +10 Dream Delvers faction

Start the task by hailing three people Ghanlin Skyphire and Lanken Rjarn near Arbin and then Markus Jaevins back up north. They send you downstairs to interrogate the captive, hail her 3 times then back to Markus. They now require you to go slay 3 fallen knights. Once they are dead return to Arbin to complete the task.

The Destroyers' Den
Quest giver: General Arbin Derrex
Requirement: Heretics Among Us, The Fallen Citadel, and Erudin's Apocalypse
Phrase: appealing
Reward: 10 Dream Motes, 158p, +10 Dream Delvers faction

Start the task by talking to Ghanlin Skyphire again and then killing 3 of the skeleton tunnelers. Then move south and then east to the former headquarters of the Knights (-1250, -35). Inside you'll find a bunch of heretics including a commander and a hierophant, kill them, loot their heads, and deliver them to Arbin. Hail him after to complete the task.

Raiders of the Sacred Tomes
Quest giver: Spirit of Erud
Requirement: Heretics Among Us, The Fallen Citadel, Erudin's Apocalypse, and The Destroyers' Den
Phrase: undertake
Reward: 13 Dream Motes, 210p, +10 Dream Delvers faction

Head south to the library and find 5 "a Heretic pillager". Each pillager spawn point drops a specific book and you'll need to loot one of each (not prelootable). Give all five to the Spirit of Erud and then hail General Arbin to complete the task.

This task can not be repeated.
