House of Thule (upper)

Overview

The Upper floors is the main hub for Tier 3 and 4. It is split into 4 distinct wings, each wing with two rare mobs and a zone out to another zone. There is an angel statue in the center area which will port you between the east and west halves. In addition to the rares there are 5 zonewide random drops:

Bloodmane
PH is "a dripping blood elemental". Hits for up to 13000 and casts:

PH is "a hungry beast". Hits for up to 13000 and casts:
  • Putrefying Bite - single target 2500 dot. 20 poison counters. If not cured in 36 seconds it triggers up to 30k dot and 1500 mana dot.
  • Savage Wargscent - PBAE 500 to 5000 dot. 10 poison counters.

Icy Devourer
PH is "an icy ooze". Hits for up to 13000 and casts:

  • Spoiling Bite - single target 16k dd, up to 30k dot, and stun.

Drawn to Flame

Kill 5 ember golems and 5 fire elementals found in the southern section of the east side of the zone then return to Karivei to complete the task.

Of Ice and Men

Kill 6 nightmarish beasts, 2 soul devourers, and 2 iceworn guardians found in the central section of the west side of the zone then return to Karivei to complete the task.

Blood Mad

Kill 4 rotdogs and 4 blood elementals found in the northern section of the west side of the zone and loot 2 fetid blood sample, roughly 75% drop rate. Return the samples to complete the task.

I Was Crazy Once
Quest giver: A Listless Madwoman
Phrase: expeience madness
Reward: +5 Dream Delvers faction.

Kill 6 flying monkeys, 3 raging beasts, and a gibbering madman found in the northern section of the east side of the zone and return to complete the task.

Partisan Tasks

Argan's Memoir
Quest giver: Abbit Scribbleetch
Requirement: none
Phrase: help
Reward: 15 Dream Motes, 158p, +10 Dream Delvers faction.

Your first step is to speak with Keega in the northwest wing. Follow the dialog then make your way to Khalis in the southern chamber of the northwest wing. He is guarded by two protective imps, they hit around 6500 but no spells. Kill them both, hail Khalis, and say "hate" to answer the riddle. He gives you Argan's Memoir, return this to Abbit to complete the task.

Abbit's Betrayal
Quest giver: Abbit Scribbleetch
Requirement: Argan's Memoir
Phrase: fake
Reward: 20 Dream Motes, 210p, +10 Dream Delvers faction.

Return to Keega and, when ready, hail to cause them to respawn as Swindler Keega, hits for just over 7k, no spells. When defeated Keega respawns, talk with them and head to the northeast wing to locate Agent of Morzad. Clear the room of trash and hail him triggering the spawn of 3 ambushers. They hit around 6500 each but nothing special. Kill the three and return to Abbit to complete the task.

Never Trust a Morzad

Requirement: Argan's Memoir and Abbit's Betrayal
Phrase: speak
Reward: 20 Dream Motes, 210p, +10 Dream Delvers faction.

This task involves a bit of running around. First to Laerdin Helleh in the northwest portion of the House of Thule Lower floor, then back to Abbit, then back to Khalis, then to Galo Maric in the southern section of the east side. Clear anything in the area then hail Galo to trigger Angry Galo, hits 6500 but nothing special. When killed normal Galo respawn, hail him, and finally back to Abbit to complete the task.

Dead or Alive or Other

Requirement: Argan's Memoir, Abbit's Betrayal, and Never Trust a Morzad
Phrase: take
Reward: 20 Dream Motes, 210p, +10 Dream Delvers faction.

Back to Khalis again. Clear the area then hail him to spawn Enraged Khalis, hits around 7200 but nothing special. Loot an Argan's Memoir and give it to Abbit to complete the task.

The Morzad Confrontation

Requirement: Argan's Memoir, Abbit's Betrayal, Never Trust a Morzad, and Dead or Alive or Other
Phrase: kill
Reward: 20 Dream Motes, 210p, +10 Dream Delvers faction.

For this task you need to kill four Morzad spellcasters, each in a different wing of the zone:

The four aren't any harder than trash and aren't social so can be easily pulled. Once all four are dead return to Abbit who, unsurprisingly, decides to attack. He hits for just over 7k and a lot of health, but nothing special. Kill him to complete the task.
