Summmary
- Split up and defeat "forest", "water", and "sand" within 60 seconds of each other, hit 17-19k each with targeted AEs.
- Regroup, recover, engage Xaendar. Hits 22k, flurries, avoid LoS after shadowstep.
- Cure "Dreams" by click items from first fights, kill Sleepwalkers at 85% to prevent puppet adds.
- At 60% Xaendar can only be hurt by suits and pets, kill 4 dream devourer adds, hit 17k each, while suits snare kite and nuke.
- At 50% Xaendar goes back to normal, resumes shadowstep and Dreams.
- More Sleepwalkers at 35%, kill them, then finish off Xaendar.
Phase 1
Split the raid into three parts and each set up near the sleeping guard in their area, hailing the guards trigger the events. Each boss has a targeted AE so spread out to minimize casualties.- Forest
- Dradir hits for 19k, every 20 seconds casts Dradir's Fury, targeted AE 42k dd, snare, and 3k mana dot.
- Water
- Nyade hits for 18k, every 40 seconds casts Tidal Wave, targted AE 38k dd, 6 second melee and caster silence.
- Sand
- Sandman hits for 17k, every 40 seconds casts Sandstorm, targted AE 40k dd, melee slow and silence.
Phase 2
Recover and med up, when ready hail Xaendar The Dreamleech to trigger. It hits for 22k, flurries, and has two main abilities. First it emotes:Xaendar begins to simmer with fiery rage
followed by shadowstepping to a random location. 6 seconds later any in Line of Sight get hit by Searing Vision, an 82k dd. The second is every 20 seconds 3 random players are hit by a big dot. Each dot is only cured by being clicked by an item from phase 1:
- Dreams of Darkness - 22k dot, silence, cured by Dradir's Scepter of Dreams (forest)
- Dreams of Drowning - 22k dot, 3k mana dot, snare, cured by Nyade's Scepter of Dreams (water)
- Dreams of Stifling Sands - 22k dot, slow, cured by The Sandman's Scepter of Dreams (sand)
Phase 3
At 60% Xaendar bursts into flame, stops doing the shadowstep and Dreams, and no longer takes normal damge (pets still deal damage). At this point four suits of armor appear. When a player approaches a suit they switch to a Shroud and gain a Snare (Freeze) and a Nuke (Shock) ability. Be sure you don't have "can purchase" selected on the AA window or you won't see the abilities to make hotkeys. The four people that get the suits need to snare Xaendar and kite while nuking, getting Selo after switching to the suit shroud can make this significantly easier. Meanwhile 4 gargoyles, dream devourers, spawn. They hit 17.5k each and single target rampage. Kill the gargoyles and bring Xaendar to 50%.
Phase 4
At 50% the flames go out, the four in suits go back to normal, and Xaendar resumes the shadowstepping and dreams. Bring it down to 35% when you get another wave of sleepwalkers. Kill them, any puppets that activate, then finish off Xaendar.Loot is 2 Obscure Remnants (random slots), 4 Spell Fragments, a chance at a Lucid Globe of Phantasmic Power, 7 Sanctum Keys, 2-3 of the following:
- Siphongaze, Visage of the Dreamleech
- Rosary of Chipped Bone
- Amulet of the Dreamcatcher
- Shoulderplate of the Sleeping Guardian
- Xaendar's Brain
- Dead Eye of the Leech
- Sash of Waking Dreams
- Dense Gem of Collapsed Dreams
- Ferrous Dreamshield
- Silhouette, the Mutineer's Sword
- Al'Kabor's Pestle
- Sclerotic Chronodagger
