After clicking the book to zone into the instance head to the tunnels and speak with Selkith Wyndvale. Next kill Great Black Spiders until you get the 15 glands, they can cast an AE blind but otherwise pretty tame. Give them all to Selkith and he gives you a bunch of S'tauna Poison Vials.

Next kill 5 Murkwater Assassins, which have an AE snare/slow and a single target snare/dot, Aithoris Nightstalker, which has same abilities and a blind/shadowstep, and clear the area around the six a Victuals Chests. Once the coast is clear hand a Poison Vial to each Chest. When all done return to Selkith to complete the mission.
