When your group is inside hail Billik to begin the event. Once again you are defending the village, and once again you'll want a tracker to let you know when and where the mobs pop. This time the ghouls come in packs of up to 4 and spawn a little faster, and the villagers will attack them. If you lose too many villagers the task ends in failure. Otherwise simply keep killing the ghouls until the task updates. At one point during the event Nacakehoth the Reviled spawns which summons skeletons. Once all waves are dead say "keep" to Billik to port out and hail the captain to complete the task.
