Once inside the instance head north and clear the golem hallway. You will need to kill 3 named mobs, Disease Knight Cronvair found on the east side, Handservant Vicco found north of Cronvair, and Putrifier Moldows found on the west side. Each of the named will drop 2 Bertoxxulian Badge of Station. Have each person loot a ring and click it. This will place a ward on you (no buff icon) to protect you from an AE in the final room. Clear your way north to the Altar Room and you'll see Arch Priest Cronkle near the altar. When it dies a 75 range 3k AE dot goes off so be prepared to get out of range and heal those that can't. Return to the Apothecary to complete the mission.
