Inside the instance invis up and go to Mihkan in the next room. He requests four drops from the trash:

• Vial of Slaver Blood - a Rallosian slaver
• Toskirakk Bruiser Bone - brusiers, gladiators, and troopers
• Seer's Ochre Pouch - seers and mystics
• Emblem of Rallos Zek - champion

Simply collect the random drops and give them to Mihkan to complete the mission.
