Toskirakk Slaves faction is gained from doing these tasks:

Don't get the task until you are ready to do it and have your group. As you head down the tunnel towards the central area you will be ambushed by 2 goblins. They have more hp than standard trash. Once they are dead head south and you will get 2 more goblins as you enter the tunnel heading east. Med up and continue south to the corner for the 3rd ambush. After the last are dead move a bit east and the explore triggers. Then simply hail Blurik the Runner to complete the task.
