Port Spells

All port spells for druids and wizards are sold by Faistwan Toothri in Esianti. The scrolls are No Drop and the zone is locked behind progression.

Rank 1

Rank 1 spells are bought from Fairelwil Amsapi in Stratos.

Rank 2

Throughout the expansion trash (rarely), rares (commonly), and chests (always?) drop Minor-Glowing Spellbound Lamp. Right click on a lamp to get a reward window allowing you to choose from any Rank 2 of that level from either TBL or RoS you want.

Rank 3

Raids in The Burning Lands drop Minor-Glowing Spellbound Ring. Right click on a ring to get a reward window allowing you to choose from any Rank 3 of that level from either TBL or RoS you want.

Dissident Spells

Dissident spells are a continuation of the Dichotomic spells in Broken Mirror. The main spells are purchased from Virtuous Dusk. As you complete progression the rank of the spell will advance, Rank 1 at purchase, Rank 2 with Achievement: Adventurer of The Burning Lands, Rank 3 with Achievement: Vindicator of The Burning Lands, and Rank 4 with Achievement: Heatseeker. Rank 5 and 6 require raid progression, Achievement: Winds of Ash and Achievement: Flameward respectively.
