Once you have the mission you zone into the instance at the same portal to uninstanced Thalassius. Inside head just past the statue room. You'll find 2 named here: Wulthin Unagi and Salashar the Blade. Wulthin is a kedge, hits up to 2400, and casts Magician spells. Salashar is a shissar, hits up to 2600, and flurries. Once dead continue south into the underwater region to the large temple. You will need to use a lift to get to the second floor. The remaining nameds Ulthagor Polaris and Rak'Tharak are in the central room of the temple. These are identical to the first two. Once all 4 named are dead, return to Venloe and simply hail for the win.
