Say "begin" to zone into the instance.

Your first goal in the instance is to kill Everything. Mobs are linked into packs of 6, one being higher level hitting for 7500, the other five being lower level and hitting much less. In addition to the 130ish mobs you need to kill Terror, Fright, and Dread. These versions have no special abilities, just hit 7500 like everything else. When the slaughter is complete the task locks, head to the northeast to find Tiseth. Med up and hail to spawn Cazic Thule. After a bit of a speech he attacks, hits for around 8000 and casts:

Beat him down to under 50% and he will go inactive and give another speech, move away, and activate again. Kill him and Terris Thule spawns, gives a cut scene speech, then a chest spawns containing a random spell fragment (86-90) and one of the following:
