Summary

  1. Defeat 3 golems (hit 20k) and their adds (15-17k) in 12 minutes
  2. Use Dagger of Self-Sacrifice on "adventuers" to lure Cazic away while doing so
  3. Get ported to Ring of Fire
  4. Engage Cazic, hits 22k, follow directional emotes and personal DT emotes
  5. Take to 80, cure Corrosive Trembling, 40 corruption counters
  6. Take to 65, deal with specter adds, cure Corrosive Trembling, 40 corruption counters
  7. Take to 50, deal with specter adds, cure Corrosive Trembling, 40 corruption counters
  8. Take to 35, deal with specter adds, cure Corrosive Trembling, 40 corruption counters
  9. Take to 4%, avoid fear and DT auras
  10. Kill

Phase 1 - Golems

Near the zone in area are three temples, each with one of the Fear Golems and a handful of trash:
Dread
Northwest temple. Has amygdalans (hit 17k, mezzable) and samhains (hit 15k, can buff other mobs giving them AE melee). Dread hits for 20k and has two auras, a mana drain, slow, silence and a 12k dd, 1600 dot. They both have disease counters, but comes back.
Fright
Southwest temple. Has wraiths (mezzable) and zombies, both hitting 15k. Fright hits for 20k and casts a single target 36 second charm.
Terror
Southeast temple. Has boogeymen (hit 15k, casts a resist debuff) and spectres (hits 15k, heals other mobs). Terror hits for 20k, casts a targeted AE 27k dd, a single target fear, and a 26k lifetap
You have 12 minutes to defeat all mobs or everything gets ported to the Ring of Fire and you get whatever is left and Cazic all together.

Phase 1 - Cazic

While the main raid force is dealing with the Golems, a team will need to use the Dagger of Self-Sacrifice (everybody gets one when zoning in) on "an adventurer" around the zone. This acts as bait for Cazic and he'll walk towards them. If any player gets in Cazic's agro range he will DT them and then start to DT everybody in the zone, so use the bait to keep him away from the raid force.

Phase 2

Once all Golems and adds are dead everybody is ported into the Ring of Fire and the battle with Cazic begins after some monologuing. If you enter the Ring of Fire you are instantly killed so watching the positioning. Cazic hits for 22k and has an array of emote based mechanics:

Rasper, remove four of your enhancement spells
15 seconds to click off 4 buffs or take 8,000,000 dd and AE 15k dot. Be sure to recast clickies in case you get it again.

At 80, 65, 50, and 35% Cazic gains a 700k rune and "adventurers" charge and get DT'd. Each time this happens his health locks until the lore stuff finishes followed by Cazic casting Corrosive Trembling, a 30k dot with 10 corruption counters.

After the 80% health lock specter adds start to spawn, two at a time, signaled by the emote Cazic Thule commands his servants to assist him. The defender of Cazic hit for 16k and cast a pair of 32k single target nukes and the healer of Cazic hit for 16k, have a 500k mitigation buff, and cast a 50k heal over time. These adds will continue to spawn from 80% to 30%.

At 30% small auras spawn in the area which will either fear (and likely die from running into fire) or out right 5,000,000 dd. Keep following emotes and dps to 4%. He will go inactive, give another monologue, then become killable.
