Introduction

Fenden Helter in Dragonscale Hills offers an array of tasks which reward Faycitum, a no-trade currency used to purchase Tier 2 gear, and faction. There are three types of tasks:

• Quick Attack - These are "Kill # XYZ" tasks which give 3 Faycitum and variable faction, can get all 7 at the same time.
• Quick Errand - These are sneaky tasks which give 20 Faycitum and variable faction, can only get 1 at a time.
• Special Favor - These are longers tasks which gives 30 Faycitum each and no faction, can get both.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Quick Attack

These tasks have unique 18 hour lockouts allowing you to do all 7 each day. They each yield 3 Faycitum.

Ak`Anon Strike Force

Kill 10 steamworks in Mechamatic Guardian. Be sure to hail Overvolt first! Yields +?? faction.

Bertox's Chosen

Kill 10 risen ancestor in Hills of Shade. Yields +?? faction.

Brownie Rebels

Kill 10 minotaurs in Dragonscale Hills. Yields +35 faction.

Camp Valor

Kill 10 crypt ghouls or crypt guardians in Hills of Shade. Yields +35 faction.

Crusaders of Veeshan

Kill 10 slimes in Dragonscale Hills in the path to Crystallos. Yields +35 faction.

Fangbreakers

Kill 10 wereorcs in Loping Plains. Yields +25 faction.

Ladies of the Light

Kill 10 wind nymphs in Dragonscale Hills. Yields +50 faction.

 

Quick Errand

These tasks share an 18 hour lockout, so you can only do one per day. They each yield 20 Faycitum and 25 faction.

Bertox's Chosen

Be sure to hail Fenden after getting the task to receive an Essence of Bertox. Head to the Hills of Shade and you need to click the Essence in each of the 6 locations. The faction masks sold by the mysterious stranger can make the docks and village safe. You may need to drop levitation as well since there is a Z-axis check.

Camp Valor

Once you get the task head to Felwithe (invis if factions an issue). Take a right after the bridge and between the first two buildings on your right, next to the pottery wheel, is Quartermaster Entag. She is indif and sees invis (even sees SoS) so you can talk to her without breaking stealth. Follow her dialog and she sends you to Greater Faydark to find Eldinn Ner roaming along the path from Butcherblock to Felwithe. All you need to do is hail him for the update. Return to the Quartermaster and hail her to receive Camp Valor Supplies. Now run all the way out to the Camp Valor camp in Hills of Shade. After handing him the Supplies head back to Fenden to claim your reward.

Crusaders of Veeshan

Be sure you hail Fenden after getting the task! You must do this to get the Crusader's Progress Report.

Head over to skyshrine. To reach the Emissary start in the pool room from Cobalt Scar, take the north exit and the first right. Go through a room then north into a hallway. Follow the hall until you can take an opening on the left to go east, this leads to another room with pools. On the south side of the room is a ramp up leading to a large chamber. Here you'll go up the ramp in front of you, turn east and up again. When it levels out face north and you'll see the Emissary. Hand over the report and head back to Fenden for your reward.

Fangbreakers

Be sure you hail Fenden after getting the task! You must do this to get the Fangbreaker's Progress Report.

Trot on over to North Karana (guild portal takes you there) and find Tal Stoutheart in the northeastern portion of the zone. He'll give you a Tal Stoutheart's Report for you to take to Larquin Fangbreaker in Loping Plains. Do so and then return to Fenden for your reward.

Ladies of the Light

Be sure you hail Fenden after getting the task! You must do this to get the Peace Offering.

You will need to click the offering at the 4 spots. The entrance is pretty obvious, the yellow pod is in the southwest area on the ground, and the queen update is at the end of the wooden bridge. You can trigger all 3 without agro using the below markers.

The update in lesser fay is in the northwest corner of zone. Just get in the middle of the low level brownies and click. Return to Fenden for your reward.

Name

The Special Favor tasks are a bit more involved and don't give faction, just 30 Faycitum each.

Special Delivery

In the Fangbreaker camp near the fire you'll see a Box (if its not there wait 30 sec, very fast respawn). Pick it up to get a Special Delivery and a Delivery Facilitator.

Next head due west to a spot just Northeast of the bridge to bloodmoon (mapmarker below) and you will get attacked by "tiny worgs". Click your Delivery Facilitator and they all die. Once dead invis up and keep going west then follow the road west and north. You'll be jumped by "tiny worgs" again. Use the Facilitator to kill them, but watch for real worgs patroling the area. Be careful of getting attacked before you can refresh invis.

Head north to the Hills of Shade cave and you'll get attacked by "tiny worgs" for the third and final time. Use the Facilitator to take care of them, then return to Fenden with the package for your reward.

Entrapment

Be sure you hail Fenden after getting the task! You must do this to get the Spectral Containment Device.

With device in hand head to Hills of Shade and visit the mysterious stranger (bring about 120 plat). Purchase an "Eyes of Kirathus" which when worn makes you non-kos to the Kirathus. Head southwest to the Kirathus village and find the 3 huts you need (see map markers). You will need to plant 4 runes using the device, directly north east west and south of each hut. You'll need to plant the 4 quickly to capture the spirit, if you are too slow they fade and you start the hut over.

After you get all 3 huts return to the stranger and purchase an "Eyes of Blackwater", you will need to destroy your "Eyes of Kirathus" first, then head north to their camp. Warning: If you have a task from the Kirathus that sends you to explore the Blackwater camp, you'll likely want to drop it first. It can cause you to gain agro despite having the mask on.

In the Blackwater village you'll want to do the same thing, planting 4 runes per hut. Once all 6 are done return to Fenden for your reward.
